The vigorous Upper School experience - both academic and social/emotional - has proven itself extraordinarily successful. 100% of Upper School graduates continue with higher education, many at prestigious colleges and universities in the U.S. and abroad. Each year's graduates collectively earn hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships.
A CONTINUED FOCUS ON INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES
In the Upper School, we never lose sight of the fact that the abilities of each young person vary. Classes are kept small, from 6 to 20 students, to maintain individual attention. We work to challenge each student according to his or her abilities and talents. Students may choose from regular college prep courses or advanced placement courses in many subjects. Independent study and research projects are also an option. Students may visit our on-staff college counselor for advice on choosing and applying to colleges and universities.
