Friday, September 18, 2015 – The Golf Classic is a major contributor towards Prairie’s Scholarship Fund, which provides need-based financial aid to deserving students.

About Me

• Started Playing Golf: I was introduced to golf in Individual Sports Class in College, but it was my husband that really got me playing!
• High School: Greenfield High School
• College: U.W. Oshkosh & Alverno College
• Favorite Golf Course I’ve Played: Glen Dornoch, North Carolina
• Course I want to play but never have: Love to play them all!
• Favorite Golf Memory: Playing golf with my husband, son and his friend in a vacation/match in North Carolina. Pete and I playing Tim and Scott on the island green. I landed the ball on the green and was able to make par! Since the boys had to give me a shot, we won the hole!
• 2015 Golf Goal: Getting it in the air and moving forward!
• The best golf advice I’ve ever been given: It brings even the greatest players to their knees.
• Prairie is important to me because: Over the years at Prairie I have developed an amazing extended family of alumni and students I taught. There is no greater moment in life than to see young people spread their wings and fly! The Prairie School provides me with the opportunity to grow as a professional and to follow my passion for education.
• I support need-based financial aid because: The Prairie School is a community blessing. While not everybody can afford to pay tuition, there are young people that can benefit from this institution. Young men and women that can make a difference in our culture and leaders in the future….. let’s help secure the future through need-based financial aid!
